A Condominium Map will locate your boundary lines by locating and restoring missing property corners. It will also show any easements of record and rights of way, as well as the location of all improvements (structures) within 5' of your property line, visible utilities, easements of record, and rights of way. In addition, the inside of each condo unit will be measured for sq.ft. The grounds of the property can also be deliniated into common or shared areas.
